Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through https://shreejicrafts.com/ (“Website”) and is operated by Shree Balaji Decorators, managed by Umang Jain (“we”, “our”, “us”).
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
We maintain a strict policy:

❌ No Exchanges
❌ No Replacements
Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind, Personal dislike, Incorrect selection, Minor color or design variations, Delivery delays Size or expectation mismatch. Customers are strongly advised to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and images before placing an order.
Refunds will be issued ONLY in the following case:
* Duplicate Transaction
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment gateway error:
The issue will be verified with the payment provider.
The excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
Refund timeline: approved refunds will be processed and credited 7–10 business days after approval.
No other refund requests will be entertained.
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:
Customers must refuse acceptance of the parcel.
Contact us immediately with photographic proof.
Once the parcel is accepted, it will be considered successfully delivered.
Shree Ji Crafts shall not be liable for:
Minor variations in product appearance
Courier-related delays
Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
Customer dissatisfaction after delivery
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
