This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through https://shreejicrafts.com/ (“Website”) and is operated by Shree Balaji Decorators, managed by Umang Jain (“we”, “our”, “us”).
We currently ship across India. Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak seasons or sale periods, processing time may slightly increase.

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to:
Courier partner delays, Weather conditions, Remote area delivery, Unforeseen circumstances, ShreeJi Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly mentioned on the Website. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking details (if available) will be shared via SMS or email after dispatch. Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner’s website.
If the package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery:
Do not accept the parcel if visibly damaged.
Record an unboxing video.
Contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and proof.
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability:
Re-shipping charges may apply. Refunds may be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs.
Ownership and risk of the product transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner.
